Fiji & Tonga

I first heard about humpback whales in Tonga from Annie Crawley in 2018 and it has been on back of my mind from then on. When Dive and More announced their Tonga trip in on July 2024 for the 2025 season, I was all on it.

Later I realized that the trip to Tonga will go through Fiji and my lovely wife has been asking for a Fiji trip for a long time. This gave an opportunity to spend some time with family in Fiji and then carry on to Tonga.

All the underwater Fiji photos were taken while staying at Paradise Cove Resort in Yasawa Islands and at Lawaki Beach Resort in Beqa Island. A couple of other landscape pictures come from our stay at Fiji Hideaway.

All the Tonga pictures are from my stay at Humpback Lodge, Vava’u.
