Glacier National Park, 2025

An impulsive trip to Glacier National Park. Anita and I got a couple of days off near a weekend for Juneteenth and we decided to drive to GNP. The drive was amazing and we stopped near Kootenai Falls on the way there. Our plan was the spend the Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning in GNP, but the weather gods decided otherwise.

Friday was all fogged out at Logan Pass and the road was closed on Friday night through Sunday morning due to an unexpected summer storm. We hiked to a few waterfalls on Friday. On Saturday, we drove to Many Glacier on Saturday hoping for a sunrise and the sun never rose. It was cloudy all day and our hope for sunrise and wildlife were just hope. It started raining heavily on Saturday night and we packed our bags back to Seattle on Sunday.
